Problem StatementA wind fleet manager (Site Manager) struggles through old technologies and traditional ways of monitoring the fleet. Prolonged fixing time for each wind turbine costs the company. Generating reports is hectic task.
UX ApproachShort end user interviews conducted to identify preliminary challenges in their day-to-day life. Provide features on hand held device (tab/phone) for ease of access.
Design outcomeA light weight app design to support both Site Manager and Engineer to perform fay-to-day tasks in seamless way with just one device. Representing the wind turbine status on the app for easy troubleshooting.
